Symphony Technology Solutions is pleased to announce the company has joined the Mist Partner Program (www.mist.com). In doing so, Symphony Technology will resell the Mist Learning WLAN and accompanying services, which include Wi-Fi with assurance, Virtual Network Assistant, BLE engagement, and Asset Visibility. With the power of Mist’s AI-driven WLAN, Symphony offers predictable and reliable Wi-Fi, and new location-based services using virtual Bluetooth LE that bring enormous value to companies in all industries.

Jonni Fichtner, CEO of Symphony Technology, comments: “For a while, we viewed WLAN as a somewhat stagnant technology, as no one had done anything different or exciting in that realm for quite some time. Now, Mist Systems is completely shaking up the status quo. We are thrilled to work with such an innovative, creative company, and even more excited to implement these truly ground-breaking technologies in as many industries as possible.”

Mike Anderson, VP of Channels at Mist emphasizes why the partnership between Symphony and Mist is and will continue to be so successful: “It’s difficult to find a company whose solutions assimilate all the various technological pieces and pull them together comprehensively for their customers, but Symphony has demonstrated their ability to do that with great skill and efficiency. We are impressed by their commitment to excellence and their stellar reputation, and we look forward to working with their team.”

Symphony was established in 1987 as a specialty systems integrator and electrical contractor and in recent years has shifted their focus towards providing system and software integration design, implementation, and managed services for building systems. Symphony has distinguished itself as a trusted technology integrator in this realm, having done extensive work with companies such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, and AT&T, to name only a few. Now, as an integrator of Mist Systems, Symphony continues its legacy in providing cutting-edge solutions, already implementing Mist Systems technology in hospitality, healthcare, education and government facilities.

Similarly, the Mist team also boasts a highly experienced, seasoned team—several key members having worked as executives at Cisco, Ubiquiti, Aerohive and other leading networking and SaaS companies. The pioneers of Mist Systems envisioned a new type of wireless network that combines AI with open programmability to bring new automation, insight, and value to wireless networks. In a short period of time, the company has garnered much success, with customers spanning all verticals including 30 of the Fortune 500 companies. The company was also recently named a visionary in two Gartner Magic Quadrants—Wired/Wireless and Location.
