Mixed-Use Project

With a project like this mixed-use high rise, the primary challenge faced is the overlap of the condominium and the hotel development. In terms of access control, a concern emerged with respect to how to issue proper credentials, keep everyone safe, and be sure that only those who should be in a certain space have access to that space. To achieve this, coordination efforts between the General Contractors between the two towers is paramount.
