This project required the integration of the building of a commercial office space, a residential community, and a parking deck, all in one. We faced the challenge of finding a way to work together with different owners across different spaces.

Effectively working closely together with the different owners across the different buildings. Under construction in the rough-in phase, however, working closely with each of the owners has proven effective.
